Doctor Who 4x10

... Wow, that was a whole lot of nothing. I continue to be disenchanted with RTD. Srsly except for all the yelling, I could have slept through this one. It's a sad state of affairs when the preview for next week is more interesting than the entire real episode. I suppose they need a dud right before the big finale, but still. I'd watch Love and Monsters (oh look, another RTD episode) again before I'd rewatch this.

No plot, no characters, no continuity... just bleh.

EDIT: Oh, there was one shining moment of creepiness, when Dee Dee was quoting Goblin Market. Whoadamn.

Wha, wha, what?! You seriously did not like Midnight? It was strange, and kind of compelling, and interesting, especially since they only had two sets for the whole 40 minutes!

It was better than Planet of the Ood, for example, and The Doctor's Daughter. And, let's face it, it wasn't Moffat's ole line, "I hate Rose so every episode I write is going to make her unimportant," that we saw in Forest of the Dead, or Girl in the Fireplace.

I shiver at the thought that Moffat's taking over.

I agree, though, that next week's going to make me drop trou there for a bit ... The preview is giving me the shivery shakes. Remember in The Fires of Pompeii?

What's that mean?

She's got something on her back in the preview!! Yikes! I like Donna too much to lose her!
