Y'all with your NaNo have sent the writing bug my way
And my heavens, it's been a while. I have absolutely no idea why I was suddenly able to sit down and write something today, after trying and failing for the last several months. Anyway, I had extra time between classes today, and since writing for half an hour every day is a habit I'm trying to get into, I figured to give it a shot. Sitting in the Union, writing in my lap with no firm surface, with so much noise around me (including two girls behind me yammering on their cell phones in Spanish), I didn't expect it to result in much. But lo, unexpected fanfic!

ETA: For my own records, 457 words. That's insanely high compared to what I was averaging back when I was being good about taking half an hour every day. Hmm.
