Okay, these are low-res webpage versions of the photos Morgan, Alan, and I sat for today, but I just couldn't wait until they come back from the lab to scan and upload them.

Seriously - you both look wonderfully happy, and there's a peace in Alan I didn't often see when he was here. Apparently, you're good for each other - whodathunkit :-P!

PS - the dress? Looks absolutely gorgeous on you :-)

Thank you. I don't know what possessed me to buy it, as I don't generally look good in true white, but I'm glad I did because it's a very fun dress. There's just something wonderful about a cotton dress that looks _dressy_.

And yes, I think we are wonderfully happy. Alan has told me about the peace, but since I've never seen him _without_ it, it's been hard for me to imagine. But it's nice to hear from someone else that I'm doing good things for him. He's good for me too.

Yup - they're so sweet they make me teeth hurt. Thanks for the warning. :-)

And the saccharine sweetness shall be unleashed in person upon your unsuspecting island come October. Mwa ha ha!

Thank you. We were all very happy. That's probably the smoothest and fastest photo session I've ever sat (with or without Morgan).

I'm sorry it had to end, but he's coming back, right?

Next time I see him is when I go to Edinburgh in June, then in October he's swinging by to pick me up on his way down to New Zealand, and I'll get to meet his family and the majority of my f-list (whom I met through him)

Oh wow! World travel. HOW fun! Well, I hope it all works out and you can wait that long.

3-4 months seems to be as long as we can go without meltdown, so we're trying to set it up that one of us goes to see the other within that time frame. Christmas to my birthday went all right, so June now shouldn't be too bad.

And that icon is from an interview Gerry had on the Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson (his first appearance). He was so cute in that one. HEE!
