Okay, trying once again with the yicky-tasting polish. I have people to meet in four months and I would like my hands to be presentable. Here goes.

You could always break your wrist. I had the most beautiful nails when I finally got my cast off. Had them for a month and some afterward. Hah, until college stuff started up.

Ha. Considering that not even braces made me stop biting, I'd probably find a way.

I now rationalize it with the insane notion that short nails are cute with red nail polish, whereas long red nails are slutty. Therefore, it is okay for me to bite them down, because if they get too long, it limits my nail polish options.

Again, my mad reasoning skillz.

Is this for nail biting? I've heard tabasco and jalapeno sauce also work.

For me though, I just magically stopped one day. No idea what happened really. I just got more self-confident maybe???

Yep, once again trying to quit. Tabasco and jalapeƱo sauces probably would work, except I think they'd come off when I wash my hands. This stuff is just like regular polish so it requires polish remover (though the downside of it being a polish is that it's therefore absolutely no help in regard to biting my cuticles).
