Woot!! I just got a call from one of the chain hotels down in Jackson where I had turned in applications, like, months ago, and the manager is going to be back up here on Monday, and wants me to come in for an interview!!

*happy dance*

I was just about to give up hope here in the county, and start looking down in Sacramento (actually, more likely Folsom, as it's a little closer). This hotel isn't incredibly high-end, and I have a feeling I might not get quite the wage I'm asking for, but it's at least something, hopefully enough that I can save up and get a car, and _then_ I can start looking down towards the city.

I'm so excited!
