Four weeks
Sep. 2nd, 2006 11:38 amnWow, a whole month already. The nails on my right hand all click when I drum my fingers, but I had two casualties on my left hand this past week. Not totally down to the quick, but they're back to about the one-week level now, and they look kind of awkward next to the other ones. Normally I would be tempted to file the others a bit so they match better, but this time I'm keeping them as they are, and hoping that my annoyance at the discrepancy will be a reminder to NOT DO IT anymore.
My cuticles are in much better shape lately, too, which is helping a lot. The fewer reasons I have to examine/mess with my fingers, the better. I've rediscovered a cuticle/nail oil treatment that seems to work better than the creams and have been good about using it every day.
