I should have brought a book...
Jan. 30th, 2007 10:24 amI have two hours today between Anthropology and Composition. It's sort of frustrating to wake up early enough (6:30) to take Morgan to school and get myself to class by nine, and then to sit here for two hours. Maybe it'll be better later in the semester when I have homework to do. Maybe I'll actually _do_ some, this semester. Plus, I have the same Anthro teacher as last time, and she's cool and the class has NO FINAL!!! Just two exams and the second one isn't even comprehensive. I think I love this woman.
Even British Lit (yesterday) looks like it won't be too bad. Lots of reading, of course - and associated response papers (1.5-2 pages) - but only one "big" paper: 4-5 pages which can be an expansion on one of the response papers or one of the suggested (but not used) essay prompts for the midterm. 4-5 double-spaced pages is easy.
Now all that's left is Advanced Composition, at noon. Let's hope it goes as smoothly as everything else looks to. Books thus far haven't been that expensive, either. I spent $95 in the bookstore and there are only two books left which I'm going to try to find online because the bookstore didn't have them used. Not too shabby, eh?
