Apr. 27th, 2007 10:24 amJust registered for the fall semester. In the interests of hopefully finishing in a timely manner, I'll be taking five classes instead of the four I took last semester and this, which will give me fifteen units. Am kind of nervous about that kind of load, but the Anthro classes are lower division, so I'll at least get a bit of a break there.
Mondays and Wednesdays
8:30 - 9:45 Language, Culture, and Critical Thinking
10:00 - 10:50 Magic, Witchcraft, and Religion
12:00 - 1:15 19th Century Novel
1:30 - 2:45 Linguistics and the English Language (squee!!)
Tuesdays and Thursdays
9:00 - 10:15 Shakespeare - the early plays
I tried to not have any classes on Tuesdays or Thursdays, designating them and Fridays as my homework days or possibilities for a part-time job. But I couldn't cram anything else onto MW without pushing it too late to pick up Morgan. She's already going to be spending Sunday and Tuesday nights at Grandma and Popa's, so they can take her to school the following mornings and I can (hopefully) make it to class on time, since I won't have that extra 40-minute drive up and back.
There's also a noticeable lack of Russian in my schedule. *sigh* I didn't want to bail on it, as the program is really hurting for enrollment, but as I said above: I'm trying to knuckle down and get my graduation requirements done, and at this point Russian is just an elective.
