NaNo update
Nov. 25th, 2008 12:08 amI realized a while ago that I wasn't going to finish my story in 50,000 words. Which was shocking. 50k sounded like _so_ much when I started and now I look at the 30k I have now and am like, "Nothing has happened." Now I'm not sure if I'll get the 50k done by the end of the month. Last week goofed me up pretty badly. Now I need to write 2700 a day (including Wednesday) in order to finish on time. And so far my _record_ production is 2800 a day. So yeah.
To those who were reading my progress, sorry but I won't be posting chapters now. It's going to get messy and possibly not even coherent as I try to get as much of the story down as I can, even if it's just sketching transitions so I can focus on the important benchmark scenes which will hopefully bring in the word counts I need. Hopefully this will go faster, because those transitions are the hardest thing to write and they slow me way down.
eonone, you may yet get your Lucissa seckz. ;)
