Dollhouse-y goodness

I am pleased to say it was, in fact, goodness this week. Still really episodic, but we're starting to get hints of an overarching plot for the season and a BIG BAD with whom we can look forward to an epic showdown someday. Maybe it's this season's villain or maybe it will be a continuing thing throughout the entire series (please not this - it will get old), it's too soon to tell.

I _loved_ the flashbacks, the frustratingly brief but lovely insights into some of the characters. Also I have now decided that I like Topher. And it's getting harder to say anything I want to say without spoilers so ( Cutty McCut )

So, still some quibbles, but I'm looking at those as growing pains and trusting they'll go away with time. Maybe I'll even be proven wrong, which in this case I actually wouldn't mind. I'm more optimistic about the series as a whole now than I was last week, and if that keeps going with each new episode then I think everything will be cool.
