Doctor Who episode 8 reaction

Hm, missed a few of these, too. Still not fully back into the swing of watching it every week. Twelve hasn't driven me away again but he also hasn't really drawn me back yet, so I'm not, like, chomping at the bit for new episodes.

Well, I liked that better than Midnight, which it kind of felt like. Twelve is... pretty harsh, though. I keep wanting him to be a teddy bear underneath the growlyface and it takes more chipping away to get there than it did even with Nine. I appreciate the difference, though, because my biggest gripe about Eleven was that he wasn't different _enough_ from Ten.
