Subtlety - you're doing it wrong

Yesterday during American Lit I snuck out to use the bathroom. I walked down the side of the room and opened and closed the door quietly so as not to disrupt anything. Same for when I came back, except as soon as I opened the door, my teacher looks over at me and says, "Sierra, I think you missed a call on your phone."

Someone from the back of the room pipes up, "But we like your ringtone!"

For home (since it was Alan calling me to double-check if he was supposed to pick me up after class), apparently, it's the Moonlight Sonata. I have the Star Wars cantina band for friends and my brother, "In the Hall of the Mountain King" for my dad ('cause he lives up there) and "Mama Said" for my mom.

Well, in our Public Relations lecture, when the prof was discussing the ongoing relationship that must be maintained between a PR firm and a client, someone's phone went off with "When a Man Loves a Woman."

Normally, this is the professor that takes up phones and hands them to the department dean, with whom you have to beg and plead to get it back. But because it was fitting for the lecture, we all laughed about it and made sex jokes the rest of the class.

The girl was so embarrassed though, because everyone was like, "Are you serious? That's your ringtone?"
