Aug. 14th, 2006 12:47 pmWell, I am house- and dog-sitting for my dad while he and Rew are cruising around the central coast this week (mild jealous grr). And not having all the distractions of my own home, I'm hoping to actually get some things done in the meantime. Work on my crocheting, respond to emails and requests for betas that have been sitting in my email inbox since... March *cringe*, maybe get some writing of my own done (long, long overdue).
I'm also going to speak to a re-entry counselor at Sac State tomorrow and see if it's possible for me to resume attending this semester (which starts Sept. 5), and what all I have to do to get it done. *crosses fingers* I would much much rather go back to school than work, as it's actually making _progress_ with my life, instead of just spinning my wheels. And certainly better to go back now, while my family is still willing to help. No way I could pay tuition and fees and books all on my own.
