Nov. 27th, 2006 10:42 amJust registered for my classes for the spring. I only had to do a little bit of juggling, mostly because I was dumb and read the time wrong on the Advanced Comp section that I wanted, so it stuck its tongue out at me and said, "You're already taking Russian then!" So I had to find a new spot for Comp, which made me bump over my British Lit... But, it's all good. I'm taking the second semester of Russian 2, and then Intro to Cultural Anthropology, Advanced Composition, and Intro to British Lit. Anthro and Brit Lit I'm retaking because they were part of that dismal pregnant semester. I took Comp when I very first came to Sac State, and got a C, but now looking at the major requirements, they require B's in all classes for the major, so I have to retake that, too. Grr. And the downside of Anthro is that it starts at 9. I really hadn't wanted to take anything before 10, but this was the only section being taught by the teacher who I had last time, and I really liked her and the way she structures her class. So I'll make the big sacrifice and wake up early twice a week.
I don't think I'm going to tell my dad that this semester is almost entirely retaking old classes. Don't think he'd be too happy about paying for that. But hey, should be easier the second time around, no? Maybe I'll get such stellar grades that he won't notice.
And now I'm off to _totally_ skip Child Development in order to prepare for my Russian unit test. Bleh.
