Nov. 19th, 2007 10:36 pmIt's so weird: my hair has suddenly felt longer and/or fuller these last few days. It also seems more copper-ish, though that can be due to my wearing darker colors. But yeah, I took a shower in our hotel in Monterey Thursday night, and when I woke up Friday morning and brushed my hair, it felt like there was more _of_ it. I wore it in pigtails on Saturday, and the ends hit farther down my shoulderblades than usual, and there was more swing to them. Yay! But where'd this come from, all of a sudden? My hair grows fast, but it doesn't grow overnight. Okay, it _does_ grow overnight, everyone's does, but you know what I mean.
Hm, looking back, maybe it wasn't _quite_ so sudden. Earlier this month when I wore my Jane Eyre dress to class for the creative project presentations, I had my hair back in this snazzy braided knot thing that I used to do when it was waist-length. The ends didn't _quite_ reach around to where they were supposed to be, but I was able to pin them under and hide them, which is more than I've been able to do for a while. So wheee!
Y'all, don't let me cut my hair again. Seriously. However cute chin-length is on me, it's not worth all the interim time it takes to get it back to where I can _do_ something with it.
