Jan. 22nd, 2012 09:36 pmI have never considered myself a fan of football in general, and I don't expect that will ever change, but I - like most of my family - am a fan of the 49ers. The little football I watched when I was young was always them, which was easy since it was the 80's and those were pretty glorious days. My parents recall teaching baby me to raise my arms for 49er touchdowns, of which there were a lot that season.
And then the mid-90's happened and it wasn't fun to watch the Niners anymore.
I don't think I've watched a football game in over ten years. But I sat down today with Morgan and taught her "Touchdown, 49ers!" and she got to use it a couple of times, but not nearly as much as I would have liked. Boo. She gets props for sitting through the whole thing, though. Even if her attention wasn't always on the tv. Quote of the night: "I hate you, Giants, 'cause you're meanies." lol blue meanies, at that.
