janetlinBam! said the lady, 2k in the can. About 700 of that was in about an hour and a half after Morgan went to bed. Yep, that's roughly equivalent to my wordcount from three hours at the kickoff party last night/this morning. Apparently I really do work better on my own, even if hand-writing is achingly (literally) slow no matter the circumstances.
Now, should I keep going until I crash, or call it good for tonight and save some creative juice as a starter for tomorrow? Like sourdough bread. I don't know why I always make that association; I hate sourdough.
In any case, the next few minutes will be spentflailing happy-dancing in the living room.
