me: Aww, throwing a snowball at someone who's flagged for PVP flags me too. Grr, I shall take out my frustration on you! *snowball**snowball**snowball*

Alan: Notice I'm not throwing snowballs back at you, sweetie; I don't want to get flagged. (five seconds later) Here, have some mistletoe... oops.

*snicker*

Hahahahahaha! I miss the snowball stun, I had a friend that would go with me into a AB rollgroup and we'd spend the whole time "node-guarding", which really meant throwing snowballs. The whole game.

Dunno if it was someone on my team or an Ally that kept chucking snowballs at me in Warsong Gulch. Most annoying thing ever 'cause it works like an Interrupt.

In World of Warcraft you can either run around being flagged for Player Versus Player combat (which means you are available for player characters of the opposing faction to walk up and attack you on sight) or not. Casting a spell (even a beneficial one, like healing) upon someone who is PvP also flags the caster. Apparently so does throwing a snowball, or giving someone mistletoe (a seasonal "spell" that gives a temporary buff to a character's Spirit stat).
