I feel like absolute crap today. It seems a bit better when I lie down, but I've already got a headache from sleeping too much. And my stomach is rumbling and I'm quite hungry, but any time I try to eat something, I can't finish it because halfway through it just tastes nasty (even those little cups of apple sauce). And I'm feeling nauseous (probably not helped by the not being able to eat). So I'm staying home from school, so I can keep a wastebasket near me all the time. I'd like to just ignore the existence of my abdomen.

Date: 2007-05-03 01:32 am (UTC)Tea is usually making you feel better in situations like this, and broth indeed is a good option. I guess beef or chicken broth would both be good, and they can partly replace food for a bit and make you less hungry.
What about milk? It's also kind of food replacement, though I'm not sure if your stomach would agree, you need to look carefully at that.
