Happy 4th!!

On the boats. Life is good. Alan has half my family addicted to his pancakes. I was instructed to pull his skinny ass out of bed this morning so he could make us breakfast. Victim of his own success, indeed.

Morgan is warming up to him, which is lovely to see. A couple times she's crawled up into his lap to watch tv without any prompting from anyone, and she's declared that he is "Morgan's Alan." Squee!!
